Who is this ideal for?

Beginners: People who have had experience surfing, skateboarding, snowboarding and/or foiling will better comprehend the body mechanics required to make the foil fly. Those vital seconds you spend on the foil will form crucial muscle memories, cementing the skill into your physical capacities.

Meaning progression is only restricted by your enthusiasm!

For those with little to no experience — this doesn’t matter. You may not have the required balance skills to stand; however, foiling on the board lying or kneeling is still great fun, and standing is the next natural step.

Intermediate: If you’re already foiling but haven’t worked out the technique for pumping and connecting waves, no stress. This option will be a total game-changer for you.

Here's what you can expect:
- Two tow-in sessions (2hr +) with priceless feedback and development advice
- One on one coaching

- Videos of your session to take away and analyse

Location
We have a range of options around the Gold Coast and NSW Northern Rivers. The location on the day will be carefully considered with wind and swell our key priorities. Please note we will liaise with you directly to pick the day with the best conditions available.
