Refund policy

Foiling Australia processes refunds following the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. According to the Australian Consumer Laws, we are not obligated to refund any services if the customer:

• Simply changes their mind, decides they do not like the purchase or has no use for it
• Discovers they can buy the services more cheaply elsewhere
• Is unhappy with a service that they insisted on having carried out in a particular way

However, unwanted/unused lesson hours can be transferred to another person or transformed into store credit.

Cancellations policy

Foil/Wing Foil Lessons

• Lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 days before the scheduled lesson time.

• A fee of $70.00 will be applied to any lessons cancelled or rescheduled within 2 days of the scheduled lesson start time.

• A fee of $140.00 will be applied to any lessons cancelled or rescheduled within 12 hours of the scheduled lesson start time.

• Any customer who fails to attend a lesson will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.

Foil Retreats 

• Cancellations made by participants at least 21 days before the Foil Retreat are entitled to a refund of 50% of the deposit (deposit = $850)

• Cancellations made within 21 days of the Foil Retreat will render the paid deposit non-refundable.

• Cancellations made within 7 days before the Foil Retreat will incur a fee of an additional 15% of the total cost of the retreat ($850 + $250)

• Cancellations made during the Foil Retreat will render the total paid cost non-refundable.
